Cancellations and refunds.

Short version: cancel any time, keep access through the end of the period you paid for, and ask us if something went wrong with a charge.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly plans bill in advance at the start of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops the next charge; you keep full access through the end of the period you already paid for. No partial-month refunds are issued.

Annual subscriptions

Annual plans bill in full at the start of the term. If you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase date, you are eligible for a prorated refund of unused months. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but your access continues through the end of the paid term. Renewals follow the same 30-day window from the renewal date.

Free trial

New accounts get a 14-day Shop-tier trial at no charge. No payment method is required to start a trial, and no refund applies because nothing is billed. If you do not pick a paid plan by the end of the trial, your account is locked and your data is preserved until you decide.

SMS setup fee

The one-time SMS setup fee covers number provisioning and 10DLC carrier registration. It is non-refundable once your number is provisioned and your campaign is submitted to the carriers, because those costs are passed through directly. Monthly SMS pack fees are non-refundable for the current billing period but you can cancel the add-on before the next renewal.

Payment processing fees

Transaction fees charged by our payment processor (Payroc) for shop-customer transactions -- layaway deposits, build payments, balances -- are non-refundable. These fees are set by the processor and passed through at cost. Disputes between your shop and your customers are handled through the payment processor's dispute process, not through Birddog's billing.

How to request a refund

Email support@getbirddogcrm.com with your account name, the charge date, and a brief description of the issue. We review every request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
